Century Child foi o quarto álbum de Nightwish, lançado em 2002 pela Spinefarm Records.
Foi o primeiro álbum com o Marco Hietala como baixista, que também faz vozes.
Na edição limitada, avaliada apenas na Finlândia, há um vídeo clipe de "Over the Hills and Far Away" e um código, que utilizando-o, pode fazer download de três canções do Nightwish ("Nightwish", "The Forever Moments" e "Etiäinen") da demo da banda.
Na versão do álbum no Japão, há uma faixa bônus: "The Wayfarer".
