Pratt & Whitney adalah produsen mesin pesawat berbasis di Amerika Serikat yang produknya digunakan luas dalam pesawat militer dan sipil. Sebagai salah satu tiga besar produsen mesin-aero perusahaan ini bersaing dengan General Electric dan Rolls-Royce.
Selain mesin pesawat, Pratt & Whitney juga membuat turbin gas tetap untuk industri dan pembangkit tenaga, turbin kelautan, mesin lokomotif rel, dan mesin roket.
