Vesyegonsk

Vesyegonsk (Russian: Весьего́нск) is a the northernmost town in Tver Oblast, Russia. The historic part of Vesyegonsk lies under the waters of the Rybinsk Reservoir. Population: 8,662 (2002 Census).
