Bill Hanley

William "Bill" Hanley (born in Balleyeast, Northern Ireland, February 28, 1915, died September 17, 1990) was an ice hockey administrator in the province of Ontario in Canada, best known for his lifetime of service to the Ontario Hockey Association. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1986. The William Hanley Trophy, awarded annually to the most sportsmanlike player in the Ontario Hockey League, is named in his honour.
