रसायनशास्त्र विज्ञानको एक विधाहो जसमा पदार्थ र compounds र यिनीहरुका गुणहरुका बारेमा अध्ययन गरिन्छ। It is the study of the materials that make up our bodies and the world around us.

As a true science, chemistry began its scientific study during the 1600s. This is when chemists discovered the simple substances that make up all other substances. These simple substances are called elements.

A chemical compound is a substance which is made up of two or more elements.

The atomic orbital wavefunctions of a hydrogen atom. The principal quantum number is at the right of each row and the azimuthal quantum number is denoted by letter at top of each column.
