United States presidential election, 2004, in Colorado
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In the 2004 Presidential election, Colorado was a swing state, and voted for the incumbent President George W. Bush by a margin of 5 percentage points with 51.7% of the vote. This was, however, smaller than the 9% margin he won over Al Gore in 2000). Additionally, Colorado voters decided not to pass a referendum that would have split their electoral vote for this and future presidential elections.
