WTBY-TV is the TBN owned and operated station in Poughkeepsie, New York, serving both the New York City and Albany television markets. It broadcasts on UHF channel 54, with a digital signal on channel 27. In addition, the station operates broadcast translator W52DF on channel 52 to reach Albany.

The station signed on May 30, 1980 as WFTI-TV, a local religious station in Poughkeepsie, and was headquartered in the Poughkeepsie Plaza Mall on Route 9. The station moved from Poughkeepsie to Fishkill, New York and adopted its current programming and callsign after TBN purchased the station in 1982.

This station elected to keep RF channel 27 permanently for digital operation during the first round of digital channel elections in February 2005.
