Dumfries and Galloway er en region i Skottland. Den grenser mot South Ayrshire, East Ayrshire, South Lanarkshire og Scottish Borders, samt mot Cumbria i England. Regionen ligger nord for Solway Firth og øst for Irskesjøen.
Regionen dekker de tradisjonelle grevskapene Wigtownshire (vest), Kirkcudbrightshire (sentralt) og Dumfriesshire (øst). Kirkcudbrightshire og Wigtownshire utgjør tilsammen området Galloway.
Den ble opprettet i 1975 med distriktene Annandale and Eskdale, Nithsdale, Stewartry og Wigtown. Disse distriktene ble avskaffet i 1996, slik at Dumfries and Galloway siden da styres som en enhetlig myndighet.
