WFXV is the Fox affiliate for Utica, New York. It is owned by Nexstar Broadcasting Group (along with WPNY-LP and Mission Broadcasting's WUTR), and broadcasts on UHF channel 33, with a digital signal on channel 27. WFXV's transmitter is located in Clinton, New York.

WFXV is basically a turnkey operation, running mainly on Fox and syndicated programming.

WFXV used to air the Bill Keeler Show, a local late-night comedy series, until 2005, when the series moved to WKTV.

WFXV was acquired by Nexstar Broadcasting Group in 2003, as part of a Quorum buyout in 2003. WFXV also operates the low power station WPNY, which will be the future MyTV station in Utica, and is also owned by Nextar.
