เอ็นดอร์ฟิน (อังกฤษ: Endorphin) เป็นสารภายในร่างกายมนุษย์ที่หลั่งออกมาเพื่อช่วยบรรเทาความเจ็บปวด ผลิตจากต่อมใต้สมอง และ ไฮโปทาลามัส ในกระดูกสันหลัง สารเอ็นดอร์ฟินมีลักษณะคล้ายคลึงกับ โอปิแอต ในกลุ่มโอปิออยด์ ที่ใช้สำหรับระงับการเจ็บปวด
คำว่า "เอ็นดอร์ฟิน" มาจากภาษาอังกฤษคำว่า "เอนโดจีนัส" (endogenous) ที่หมายถึง ผลิตจากภายใน กับ คำว่า "มอร์ฟิน" (morphine) ที่เป็นสารบรรเทาความเจ็บปวด รวมหมายถึง สารบรรเทาความเจ็บปวดที่ผลิตจากภายในร่างกาย
