Ishockey-VM 1971

Ishockey-VM 1971 var det 38. verdensmesterskapet og det 49. europamesterskapet i ishockey. Turneringen ble arrangert i Sveits fra 19. mars til 3. april og kampene ble spilt i Bern og Genf. Seks lag deltok i A-VM, det ble spilt en dobbelserie der alle lagene møttes to ganger. Sovjetunionen vant sitt niende strake, og totalt 11. VM-gull. Tsjekkoslovakia ble europamestere.
