Cyril Hurcomb

Baron Cyril William Hurcomb (18. februar 1883 - 7. august 1975) var en fremstående Britisk offentlig tjenestemann. Under den første verdenskrig hadde han fra britisk side mye kontakt med norske forhandlere under de vanskelige tonnasjeforhandlingene for den norske handelsflåten.
Under den den andre verdenskrig var han leder for Ministry of War Transport og ansvarlig for forhandlinger med norske myndigheter om disposisjonen av de norske skip i Nortraship. Etter krigen ble han han formann for British Transport Commission.
Han var også en ivrig ornitolog og spilte en viktig rolle i loven av 1954 om beskyttelse av fugler.
