B-29 Superfortress er et amerikansk bombefly fra slutten av andre verdenskrig. Flytypen er mest kjent for å ha sluppet atombombene over Hiroshima og Nagasaki. Det var et av de største flyene i tjeneste under andre verdenskrig, og et av de mest avanserte med blant annet trykkabin og fjernstyrte mitraljøser. Den forble i tjeneste frem til 1960-årene.
Kort tid etter andre verdenskrig produserte Sovjetunionen en «blåkopi» av flyet, Tupolev Tu-4.
