SNK (Shin Nihon Kikaku o Nuevo Proyecto Japonés) es una compañía de videojuegos japonesa fundada en julio de 1978 por Eikichi Kawasaki. Desarrolló videojuegos como Metal Slug, Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting o King of Fighters, todos ellos para la ya extinguida Neo-Geo.
El 22 de octubre de 2001, la empresa cierra por problemas financieros y a finales de ese mismo año se hace cargo la empresa Playmore. Pasó a llamarse SNK Playmore. Los juegos de Neo-Geo conservan los derechos de autor tutelados por esta empresa.
