La Egitinedoj (Aegithinidae) estas familio el la ordo de la Paseroformaj birdoj. En tiu familio ekzistas unu genro kaj kvar specioj. Antaŭe la ornitologoj enordigis ilin kune kun la Kloropseedoj (Chloropseidae) kaj la Irenedoj (Irenidae) al la familio Irenedoj (Irenidae).
Egitinedoj loĝas en arbaroj, ĝardenoj kaj fruktoplantejoj kaj disvastiĝis en Sudazio ĝis Sudeostazio. Ili atingas korpolongecon de 12 ĝis 16 centimetroj. Plej ofte ili vivas solaj kaj nutras sin per araneoj, insektoj kaj aliaj malgrandaj senvertebruloj.
Ĉe la Egitinedoj ne ekzistas klara seksdimorfismo. Dum la kovotempo tamen la masklo okulfrapas per sia brila plumaro.
