Adrian Frederik "H" Smith (* 27. února, 1957 v Hackney, Východní Londýn, Anglie) je skladatel a jeden ze tří kytaristů legendární heavy metalové skupiny Iron Maiden.

Ještě když byl na škole, založil s kamarádem Davem Murrayem svou první skupinu Urchin jako hlavní kytarista zpěvák. Dave poté skupinu opustil, aby se připojil k Iron Maiden. Adrian dále stál v čele skupiny Urchin až do roku 1980, kdy se také připojil k Iron Maiden, kde nahradil Dennise Strattona.
