La elva leve! er en norsk film fra 1980 om Alta-aksjonen i 1979 og 1980, regissert av Bredo Greve. Uttrykket «La elva leve!» ble brukt som slagord under aksjonen. Filmen fokuserer på problemene med vannkraftutbyggingen i Alta-Kautokeinovassdraget. Samenes rettigheter står særlig i fokus. Folk fra Folkeaksjonen mot utbygging av Alta-Kautokeinovassdraget er med i filmen.
