This is the first article of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in J. R. R. Tolkien's tengwar script (in English).

This image makes use of the tengwar font tengwar annatar 1.20. Anyway, this is not a copy of the font, and I have been said (on Commons:Village pump) that especially in raster graphics, possible font copyrights do not apply. (However, the exact status of an invented script is somewhat unclear.)

This image has been released into the public domain by its author, J. 'mach' wust. This applies worldwide. In some countries this may not be legally possible; if so: J. 'mach' wust grants anyone the right to use this work for any purpose, without any conditions, unless such conditions are required by law.
