Counting Crows es una banda de rock estadounidense que se hizo muy popular en 1993 después del debut del álbum August and Everything After, caracterizado por el tema Mr. Jones.

La banda fue formada por el cantante Adam Duritz (integrante de The Himalayans) y el guitarrista David Bryson en San Francisco durante 1991.
