currently me - very early days yet, just get stuck for the moment and make small additions, changes as you see fit. We can talk as we are about the appropriateness if we disagree at all. I'd say that, if the content here is partly the same as in WikiProject Books/Worklist - it really doesn't interfere with the compilation of the WP:Version 1.0. The list of books here will be bigger than in the WikiProject Books/Worklist list anyway. feydey 19:53, 30 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Suggested novels

Ok, understand. All i do is copy and past the line change which is the "|-" characters and the folloing line of title data, total 2 lines. Then paste it in the new location and then ammend the title, importance rating, article grade, and then added any comments thought useful. Cheers Kevin, I've added all the Larrabeiti works that have been categorized to the appropriate lists. If I wanted to add further novels, should I just go ahead and do it? [edit] Other works

I think that Foxes' Oven and Rose Beyond The Thames have got the WikiProject Novels template on their talk pages, but I'm not sure if that means anything in terms of whether they are being worked on as part of the project or not.

How do I go about getting other people to help out on these novels? I have added cover pictures for most and am able to add pictures for the rest, but do not have the time to write full pages for each novel - plus, it's a bit disheartening working on wiki pages on your own!

FYI, The Borribles books are probably the most important books to get up to scratch, as they are the most well known (quite a cult classic here in the UK) and there is a movie in the pipeline. Foxes' Oven was on the longlist for the Booker Prize. Also, I think that Journal of a Sad Hermaphrodite' is probably de Larrabeiti's best work; it is up there as a bit of a masterpiece in my opinion.--Jim 10:07, 9 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Worklist priority?

As I just joined the project, I put up the announcements on my user page. Now, under "Improve" it lists a bunch of books I've never heard of. Shouldn't priority for Improve articles follow the importance rating? For example, shouldn't it be of more urgency to improve Bleak House (which doesn't even have an infobox!!) than to work on the article for the obscure novel Ice?--Ibis3 23:18, 19 August 2006 (UTC)

I know that most people wouldn't find this page successfully - I only found this after three days of endless surfing! (or is it just me)?

So is there a place where we can openly ask for help on these book stubs that I know -

Any suggestions on how to improve the navigation would be helpful, with a large project like this there is a lot to find! and a lot needed to keep things together.
