There are several neighborhoods in the outer parts of the cities Los Angeles, Houston, and New York, which are displayed in the video. This is to serve the purpose that "every hood is the same," according to Ice Cube's lyrics.
The plot features Ice Cube and Mike Epps breaking the law going to jail by the video's end.
