Malmskillnadsgatan på Norrmalm i Stockholm sträcker sig från Brunkebergstorg 14 och går på en viadukt över Hamngatan, därefter korsar den Mäster Samuelsgatan och Oxtorgsgatan, därefter på Malmskillnadsbron över Kungsgatan, förbi Brunnsgatan, David Bagares gata och slutar vid Johannes plan vid Döbelnsgatan. Gatan är 650 meter lång.
