Frank Herbert (8. lokakuuta 1920, Washington – 11. helmikuuta 1986) oli yhdysvaltalainen tieteiskirjailija, jonka tunnetuin teos on Dyyni-kirjasarja. Herbert kuoli vuonna 1986 haimasyöpään 65 vuoden iässä.
