Nazario Silvestre Ortíz Garza es un político mexicano, nació en la ciudad de Saltillo, Coahuila, ocupo cargos como Gobernador del estado de Coahuila en donde en los años 30´s fue el que impulso la infraestructura carretera en en su estado natal, formó parte del gabinete de Miguel Alemán Valdés en la presidencia de México.
