Zhizdra

Zhizdra (Russian: Жи́здра) is a town in Kaluga Oblast, Russia, located on the Zhizdra River 180 km south-west of Kaluga at 53°45′1″N, 34°44′10″E. Population: 5,719 (2002 Census).

Town status since 1777.
