Yulia Nesterenko (Belarusian: Юлія Несьцярэнка, Julija Nieściarenka; Russian: Юлия Нестеренко, Yuliya Nesterenko; born June 15, 1979) is an athlete from Belarus, an Olympic champion.

Nesterenko won the women's 100 meter sprint at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, in 10.93 seconds, becoming the first white and first non-U.S. athlete to win this event since the American boycott of the games in 1980. She ran all four times (two qualification rounds, semifinal and final) under 11 seconds, and became one of the biggest sensations of the Olympic Games in Athens.

After the Olympic games in Athens there was almost a year-long pause. Finally, she came to Helsinki, where at the 2005 World Championships in Athletics she reached the final in 100 meters, though came only 8th (11.13 seconds). But she managed to win a bronze medal in another event, 4x100 metres relay, together with her compatriots Natalya Sologub, Alena Nevmerzhitskaya and Oksana Dragun.

She was 6th in the 100m final at the 2006 European Athletics Championships in Gothenburg.
