[edit] Article name
I have moved this article back to WTVT from WTVT-TV. Consensus on both WP:NC#Broadcasting and Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Television_Stations#Article_names is that the article name should reflect the actual call letters of the TV station. As can be seen here: [1] the call letters for this station are in fact WTVT. Any concerns regarding this topic would be best addressed here: Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Television_Stations. [edit] Monsanto Controversy
This section has some factual errors. I will attempt to address them as soon as I have a chance. — Linnwood 22:36, 10 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] WTVT News Operation
Don't you think we should go more in-depth about WTVT's news operation? After all, it is the biggest one in town -- and possibly all of America. CoolKatt number 99999 03:44, 27 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Your Turn mention
This page was featured on the July 25, 2006 episode of WTVT's Your Turn! CFIF (talk to me) 16:44, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Monsanto controversy - again
We need to put this section back in the article. No matter what the outcome or the facts of the case were, it is still an important mark on the station's history.
[edit] Many many problems
A lot of this article reads like an ad for the TV station, contains all sorts of jargon like "off-network sitcoms" and do we really need to know all the news anchors and newscasts on the station? What is this TV Guide? Can someone please rewrite this article to make it not sound like it was written by the Fox 13 marketing department?
I've tried to clean some of it up and reorganize it so it's more encyclopedic. It still needs work, alas. Digitalican 18:54, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
The article definitely needs a lot of expert help. Perhaps the expert tag should be added to accelerate this request. Wslupecki 21:11, 6 December 2006 (UTC).
