WRMA is a Spanish Adult Contemporary Station at 106.7 FM, licensed to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The station is currently owned by Spanish Broadcasting System. The station transitioned to a Spanish language format after it was sold to Spanish Broadcasting by American Radio Systems. Prior to American Radio Systems ownership, the station was owned by Tak Communications and had an Adult Contemporary format known as "Tropics 106.7 FM", WTPX. Before its days as WTPX, the station was adult cointemporary with the monikers "Joy 107", WJQY FM(1985), and WWJF- FM" The Joy Of Florida"(1982). In the late 70's they were WSDO- FM, "Studio 107". They started out as the FM sister to 1400 WFTL-AM.
