World Team Olympiad

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The World Team Olympiad is a bridge tournament organized by World Bridge Federation, held every four years starting in 1960. Traditionally the World Team Olympiad consisted of two events: the open team event and the woman's team event. Since 2000, the senior teams are included as a third event. Each national contract bridge organisation is allowed to enter one team for each event.
