World Leaders Entertainment

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

World Leaders Entertainment (formerly Noodlesoup Productions) is a New York City-based independent animated entertainment and advertising production company.

Its most notable productions include Gotham Girls, an online animated series about the femme fatales Catwoman, Harley Quinn, Batgirl and Poison Ivy, an animated Alias short for the series' Season Two DVD, The Venture Bros. and various animated advertisements for television.

One of the company's distinct features is its "logo" screen, of which there are several. Each features a world leader (past or present) commenting about soup, which serves as a reference to the company's former name and logo. These quotes include Fidel Castro exclaiming "Quel sopa mas buena!" ("What good soup!"), Marie Antoinette declaring "Qu'ils mangent de la soupe" ("Let them eat soup"), Napoleon Bonaparte pronouncing "Ca, c'est un sacre bon soupe" ("This is some damn good soup"), Queen Elizabeth I announcing "That's bloody good soup!" and John F. Kennedy stating "That's good chowder".
