[edit] Rahne as "rain"

Can anybody tell me why the article gives the pronounciation of Rahne Sinclair's name as "rain"? I've only ever heard it prounounced "ronnie". I'll change this if no one can find some supportive evidence to back it up. -unsigned by Gnosis1185

I know that I have heard of at least one issue where the pronunciation is explicitly stated. Outside of that, the puns in the issue titles like "Rahne of Terra." There's a comment on the RAMX FAQ page stating that it's canonical, quoting "By the way, Rahne is pronounced like "Rain," as in the liquid from the sky. This is given in a number of canonical sources. In X-Factor #87, her dreams are Rahne's World, Rain Man and Rahne and Stimpy. The puns don't work otherwise." Is the reference about being manipulated by the Shadow King accurate? She wasn't at Muir Island during the Shadow King's activities there. --JamesAM 01:49, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
