Winthrop Graham (born November 17, 1965 in Saint Elizabeth) is a retired Jamaican athlete who mainly competed in the 400 metres hurdles. He won two Olympic medals and three World Championship medals.
His personal best time was 47.60s, achieved in Zurich in 1993. This was also the Jamaican record.
He is married to Yvonne (Grabner-Mai)Graham, a former east german 1500 and 5000m world level runner.
