William Philip Schreiner (30 August 1857 - 28 June 1919) (the Right Hon. W.P. Schreiner) was the anti-Imperialist Prime Minister of the Cape Colony during the South African War (1899–1902), a war that he was opposed to and tried to prevent.

Schreiner was educated at the South African College in Cape Town, Downing College in Cambridge and was raised to the bar.

As Prime Minister he favoured arbitration rather than war. His stance ultimately led his to his resignation from the premiership and parliament.
