Willi Schulz (born October 4, 1938 in Bochum, Germany) is a former German international football player.
Schulz played his first first of altogether 66 games for West Germany in 1959 at a time when he was still an amateur for lower league club Union Günnigfeld. In 1960 he joined FC Schalke 04, the club he left for Hamburger SV two years after the Bundesliga was formed. He retired in 1973.
