Central High School is a public high school school, founded in 1952. It is located in Paddock Lake, Salem Township, Kenosha County, Wisconsin. The student base is composed of grades 9-12 (freshman through senior). Often, it is called "Westosha" Central High School to differentiate it from "Walter Reuther Central High School" which is located also in Kenosha County but in the city of Kenosha.
