Wayne Thompson was a fictional character in the popular BBC soap opera EastEnders. He was played by Ian Virgo.

Wayne was the temporary bar manager of Scarlet. The owner of the club, Ruby Allen, hired him so she could take her boyfriend, Sean Slater, to Venice for a week. Sean was angered by this and threw his keys at Wayne.
