Wayne Hills High School is a comprehensive community public high school, one of the two high schools in Wayne, in Passaic County, New Jersey, United States, as part of the Wayne Public Schools. The mascot is a Patriot.

As of the 2005-2006 school year, there was a student population of 1,390 students with 94.2 classroom teachers. This equates to a 12.4:1 student to teacher ratio. Eighteen students were eligible for free lunch and seven were eligible for a reduced price lunch. There were 124 Asian, 10 Black, 55 Hispanic, and 981 White students.

Wayne Hills High School was the 70th-ranked public high school in New Jersey out of 316 schools statewide, in New Jersey Monthly magazine's September 2006 cover story on the state's Top Public High Schools[1].

The Wayne Hills Patriots is one of twelve teams participating in the North Bergen Interscholastic Athletic League (NBIL), and is the only team outside Bergen County participating in the league. The football team has won 3 state championships in the past four years. The team has accumulated a 41-6 record during these four seasons, including two undefeated seasons with the team going 12-0.
The football team was in the 2005 playoffs as the top seed in the North I, Group III bracket, and won the first two rounds, beating #8-seed Teaneck High School 40-6 and number-four Ramapo High School 41-13, and then crushing third-seeded Parsippany Hills High School 46-0 in the sectional finals. The following attended Wayne Hills High School:
- Chris Carter and fellow founding members of Dramarama
- Stacey Mitnick, a pornographic movie actress who used the stage name Barbara Dare.[3]
- Ryan Neill, Defensive End for the Buffalo Bills (practice squad). Ryan previously played football for Rutgers University and was All-Big East and an SI.com All-American[4].
