Wavell Wayne Hinds (born September 7, 1976 in Kingston, Jamaica) is currently a member of the West Indian cricket team at Test and one-day international level.

He is an aggressive left-handed batsman and useful right-arm medium pace bowler who made his Test debut against Zimbabwe in 2000. He scored 165 in his fourth Test match against Pakistan, and has a highest Test score of 213.

Hinds has struggled to hold down a regular place in the West Indies team due to team changes and poor form, although as of June 27, 2005 he had 44 Tests and 98 ODIs to his name. His batting average in those forms of the game were 33.54 and 30.19 respectively.
