[edit] MeND in TAS

Hi Waphle, what does the MeND group do and how does it relate to motor neurone disease? --BenjaminTsai 22:03, 16 October 2005 (UTC)

  • The MeND organization consists of volunteers who help out at a local hospital with patients with this disease. Their mission states that they are "solely devoted to improving the lives of people who have Lou Gherig’s disease (motor neuron disease, ALS) in Taiwan." --Waphle 01:15, 17 October 2005 (UTC)

Hello. The door to your apartment faces west but the TV is on the south wall of your apartment. Your room is on the northwest corner of the apartment. The kitchen and dining room is on the west side of the apartment. The living room is the southeast corner. This is a generally good arrangement, except in your special case, you speak too much english. To fix this feng shui problem, please stop having a positive opinion of TAS. Remember, TAS is a bad school. Please take this advice seriously.63.201.35.145 23:29, 6 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Wikipedia's LGBT Community

Hi, Waphle!
You've indicated through various means (a userbox, membership in a category, etc) that you are part of the Wikipedia LGBT community, or are interested in Wikipedia's LGBT related pages. Welcome!

You may not know that Wikipedia has both an LGBT Notice Board and an LGBT Studies WikiProject. If you haven't yet done so, take a look at both of them. They sorely need attention and participation!

Some things on the "To-Do List" that merit particular attention include:

  1. Identifying topics/pages that need attention
  2. Identifying problems that need addressing
  1. Adding the LGBT Template to appropriate pages
  2. Categorizing LGBT pages

Please feel free to participate in any or all of these activities! And if you feel like it, add yourself to either the Noticeboard Members or the WikiProject Participants - or both!

Glad you're a part of Wikipedia - and Thanks! This invitation posted here by SatyrTN -- talk
