- I hate it when people turn the toaster down so that it only warms their bread so I end up burning mine when I forget to take out early after having to put it down again so that it's actually toasted

[edit] My Philosophy
I believe in a form of partially self-derived determinism. Every fundamental particle in the universe has the same set of "fundamental attributes" with different values and the interaction of those particles according to the values of the attributes determines the attributes of the particles in the succeeding time-frame (according to a set of formulae some of which we may more may not be currently aware of).
Time cannot be split into small and smaller peices. If I fire an arrow which follows a soldier who's running at 10 m/s and the arrow moves at 100 m/s and the soldier is 100 m away to begin with, the arrow will intercept the soldier before he's travelled 20 m.
I don't know why there is something instead of nothing.

I decided to stop keeping track of my creations because; a) I don't care; and b) no-one else does either Suffice to say that I am indeed a pillar of the Wikipedian community.

[edit] Immigration To Netherlands
List of things which must be done to immigrate into the Netherlands from an EU member state.
- Housing contract from landlord
- Registration at local council (2-3 weeks to complete)
- Get a job (usually unable to receive payment without bank account (see later))
- Appointment at tax office (Belangdienst) to get Sofinummer (must occur three weeks after council registration is complete).
- Make an appointment with the immigration office to get a residence permit (you need a job to get a residence permit and you need a residence permit to claim huursubsudie and other benefits).
- With sofinummer, it is possible to open a bank account.
