[edit] Building
The University of Minnesota Students Coop owns one building, which houses its members. The historic, three-story brick building is the second oldest surviving house in the University of Minnesota's East Bank neighborhood, and a member of the Fraternity Row Historic District. It was designed by the architects Kees and Colburn. It was constructed by M. Schumacher in 1908. An undated limestone coal-furnace room lies under the back addition.
