My name is Xiang Long. My birthday is on the 7th of March. I speak English and Mandarin Chinese and I can also speak a medium amount of French. My favourite programming language is Visual Basic. My favourite maths formula is Standard Deviation which is as follows:

About my music preferences, I hate all kinds of music except classical. I find classical music enlightens the mind and promotes intellectual thinking. I collect free public domain midis on the internet and convert them to the Ogg Vorbis format and I will keep uploading them to the Wikimedia Commons. (!Update! As I could not find any free midi converters, I will instead post onto Wikimedia Commons with the midi files I already have. If anyone knows where I can find any midi converters please do tell me.) Although I grew up in Communist China, I am against Communism. My general view on Communism is this: Everything the Communist governments of the world forces or forced upon their citizens are evil, except two things: Atheism and Chess.

Petrified wood, such as this sample found in Petrified Forest National Park, Arizona, United States, is a fossil wood where all the organic materials have been replaced with minerals, while retaining the original structure of the wood. The petrifaction process occurs underground, when wood becomes buried under sediment. Mineral-rich water flowing through the sediment deposits minerals in the plant's cells and as the lignin and cellulose decay, a stone cast forms in its place. • I am a strict atheist and I regard all religious texts as nonsense (no offence intended).
• Unlike my friend Kilo-Lima, who I know in real life, I am against capital punishment and corporal punishment. I prefer life sentences instead.
• I promote intellectualism and believes that everyone should be educated. In this way, we shall all advance.
• I am member 117 of The Association of Inclusionist Wikipedians.
