[edit] Engineering task
Isn't it ironic how ITV undertook an large scale engineering task in 2004 to ensure the ITV News Channel could broadcast on Freeview, only to close the channel less than 2 years later? Shouldn't this be reflected in the article somehow? Lee Stanley 15:29, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
- It was the multiplex holder who did it, not ITV. ITV just bought the slot off them and put ITVNC (and later ITV4/CITV) in it as it became available across the UK. --Kiand 15:45, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
