Ismat T. Kittani

Ismat T. Kittani (born 5 April 1929 in Amadia, Iraq - Died 23 October 2001) is a former Iraqi politician, most notable for being President of the United Nations General Assembly in 1981 and 1982.

Kittani graduated from Knox College in 1951 with a degree in political science and English and returned home to join the Iraqi foreign ministry in 1952.
