Islands Brygge station

Islands Brygge station is a station opened in 2002 on the Copenhagen Metro. The last underground station on the M1 line, it is built using the cut-and-cover method. Buses also serve the station. It is located in zone 1.
The station is situated in the rapidly-evolving Islands Brygge area in the very northern part of Ørestad. Next to it lies the University of Copenhagen's Faculty of Humanities.
