Isabel Luísa Josefa (pron. IPA: [izɐ'bɛɫ lu'izɐ ʒu'zɛfɐ]) (Lisbon, January 6, 1668-Palhavã, October 21, 1690), Isabella (or Elisabeth) Louise Josepha in English, was a Portuguese princess and the sole daughter of King Peter II of Portugal and his first wife and sister-in-law Marie-Françoise of Savoy. She was the presumptive heir to the throne of Portugal between 1668 and 1689, the year her half-brother John was born.

She was supposed to marry Victor Amadeus II of Savoy and many royal heads in Europe but every project failed in part due to Isabel's fragile health. Because of that she was known by the nickname Always-Engaged (Portuguese: Sempre-Noiva). She died in 1690 when she was just 22 years old. Isabel Luísa is buried at the Monastery of São Vicente de Fora in Lisbon after being moved from the Convent of the Francesinhas.
