Though not required, if we get this article to atleast an A rating, we can take the recommended step of getting a formal peer review done on it. Program Feature: Admin Coaching (needs coaches!) Admin Coaching needs coaches!!! If you are an administrator, or even a generally experienced user, do consider signing up to be a coach. Admin Coaching, now being coordinated by HighwayCello, is a program for people who want help learning some of the more subtle aspects of Wikipedia policy and culture. People are matched with experienced users who are willing to offer coaching. The program is designed for people who have figured out the basics of editing articles; they're not newcomers any more, but they might want some help in learning new roles. In this way, Esperanza would help keep hope alive for Wikipedia because we would always be grooming the next generation of admins. What's New? The Tutorial Drive is a new Esperanza program! In an effort to make complicated processes on Wikipedia easier for everyone, Esperanza working to create and compile a list of tutorials about processes here on Wikipedia. Consider writing one! Dear IndianCow,

Thanks for writing about the Image:Mangalpandey.jpg. that I uploaded. I've been trying to track down the source of the image, but there is no information on it. You're right about how this image pops up in web searches for Mangal Pandey.

I have a question: I thought that the use of the image "to illustrate Mangal Pandey on Wikipedia" would have been valid given the intent of the use. What would constitute an appropriate use? If I were to find an artistic rendering of Mangal Pandey in a book published in the early 20th century in India, would that qualify as "fair use"?

Thanks for your appreciation. I am happy to see improvements in the Anandi Gopal Joshi page. Biographies of such persons need to be publicised. I don't think being first or second is that important but it does help to attract attention. Thanks for uploading Image:Anurag poster 13.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box.
