iJET Intelligent Risk Systems, officially known as iJET International, Inc. but commonly known as iJET, is a private intelligence agency and technology company founded in 1999 in the United States. The two original founders are Bruce McIndoe, currently the CEO and Paul Stiles who is no longer with the company.

The company has over 400 "multinational clients" mostly corporations where it provides "real-time" intelligence and global tracking and monitoring of assets including people (travelers and expatriates) as well as facilities and mobile assets (vehicles, cargo, etc.). While their site does not have a client list, articles have identified organizations such as World Bank Group, Pfizer, Archer Daniels Midland, Booz Allen Hamilton, and others. The company's ability to match evolving or current threats with a company's assets to provide near real-time situational awareness is unique outside major governments.

The company has made two major acquisitions first in 2002 acquiring Kroll Inc. subsidiary Kroll Information Services (KINS) and then in 2003 when it acquired Pinkerton's unit Pinkerton Global Information Service (PGIS). These acquisitions coupled with its own organic growth make it one of, if not the largest private intelligence companies globally.

Like Stratfor, iJET publishes a daily intelligence briefing but with a very different focus - current tactical intelligence versus longer term strategic forecasting. The iJET product contains a summary of its real-time reporting since the last daily report and "Front Lines" that highlight and provide expanded analysis on the key issues of the day. The iJET product takes an "all hazard or all threat" approach to anything that could impact business operations or its personnel around the globe.

What makes iJET more interesting is what it does with the intelligence it produces. There is nothing more impressive to a corporate security or business manager then when the system can project a multi-colored world map showing the current global situation for the organization. The world map displays color-coded country risk ratings, current threats by level and the current location of all major assets including its travelers and expatriates. This constantly updated "global situational display" has become a key feature in a large number of corporate 24x7 emergency operations centers to monitor exposure around the world.

In addition to all the visual dazzle, the technology engine provides a wide-range of risk management capabilities to help organizations stay one step ahead of trouble. For example, when an employee books a trip the system automatically captures this information from the travel agency and evaluates the itinerary based on current threat information. Higher risk trips are kicked out for further review and potential mitigation by corporate staff. This allows the organization to be proactive in ensuring that the trip is business essential and that the employee is properly prepared for whatever issues may be encountered. Likewise, if a major protest is planned along a road in front of the organization's Hong Kong office, the system would automatically notify the local facility and appropriate corporate personnel. With this level of awareness and data aggregation, it is no surprise that security and risk managers at major corporations have grown to depend on iJET.
