Wasn't there a talk page here before? Anyway, Moiseyev needs filling-in/rewrites/etc., which I will attempt to help out with. However, I have a question about Soviet awards: what is the highest civilian honor? Is there an article ranking all the awards as a reference?

Moiseyev received so many awards, I don't really think is matters which one was the most important, but it would be nice to have a quick resource.--tufkaa 20:40, 11 April 2006 (UTC)
