Duality is the name of the first single from Slipknot's fourth studio album (third with Roadrunner Records) Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses). They performed this song on various late night talk shows in support of the new album. The song is also featured on Slipknot's live album 9.0: Live. It was written by the lead vocalist Corey Taylor.
It is mentioned that the signature lyrics "I push my fingers into my eyes" refers to how you hold your head when you have a migraine.
The song is also used as a promo for professional wrestler Austin Aries which airs on TWC in the UK.
